The houses built in stone date back to the 18th and 19th century and are surrounded by beautiful stonewalls. Our spacious garden, home to magnificent roses, ivy and trees gives the perfect environment for both play and relaxation. Our vision Leave your everyday life and problems behind as you relax amongst the peace and serenity offered to you by the lush green foliage gently rimmed with ivy and Virginia creepers. Aromatic plants and roses fill the air with their gentle fragrance. Relax under a tree with a good book, a glass of wine, a little cheese or even a game and let us take care of the rest. We offer an array of in house services including breakfast, dinner and even a picnic lunch for those that want to take full advantage of our surroundings. We can arrange day excursions and activities for every desire and persons of all ages. We have an extensive knowledge of the surrounding area and are sure we can find something for everyone to enjoy. Autumn is here, another season, our 6th here at La Pomme d'Or, is coming to an end. It's been a strange summer that started back in April and held on into October, but with a rainy July. As usual, we have had lots of nice people to visit and we would like to thank all of you who have been here and made life at La Pomme d'Or, even more enjoyable. Right now we're preparing for the winter. There is some renovation work but mostly it's cleaning and plucking away on the agenda . What will happen in 2012? We will be able to offer cooking classes here on La Pomme d'Or. It is a collaboration with the chef at Circle of Missé who also have longer courses to offer in his place: www.circleofmisse.com For more information about this see "Workshops & activities". So welcome to inquire. We can help you put together a good program for a visit here with us, maybe with a bit of golf and food & wine?
