On request charges • Towels can be rented for 3 Euro per person. • End of stay cleaning on request for 75 Euro for The Guesthouse and the Vicarage. The price is 25 Euro for The Stable and the Little House. • Bicycles for hire: full day 5 Euro. • Washing Machine, powder included: 6 Euro per washing. On request we offer both breakfast and dinner • Breakfast 6 Euro per person • 3 course dinner with water 16 Euro per person Booking conditions • A booking fee of 30% of the value of the booking is required no later than 7 days after receiving the booking confirmation. The booking is not confirmed before the booking fee is paid. • The final payment is required no later than 14 days before arrival. • If a cancellation is made more than 45 days before arrival there is a cancellation fee for 50% of the booking fee. • If the cancellation is made later than 45 days but not less then 30 days before arrival there is a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking fee. • If the cancellation is made after 30 days prior to the date of arrival the cancellation fee is 100% of the bookings value. |
